Terms of Use

A secure, enjoyable, and convenient way to process, print, digitize, and otherwise use ("Process") photographs and other content through our mobile application. Before using or accessing our services, please carefully review these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Additional terms may apply to specific sections of our mobile application (the “Services”), which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may modify these Terms at any time in accordance with Section XVII. The most recent version will always be available here, so we encourage you to review this page regularly.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and accept them as legally binding. This constitutes a contract between you and Fotogram, where you agree to use the Services only as outlined in these Terms. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Support. Compliance with these Terms is mandatory for using our Services. If you do not agree, you must refrain from accessing or using the Services.

Please note that these Terms include an arbitration provision that may apply to disputes. However, any arbitration or alternative dispute resolution will be conducted in compliance with applicable Iraqi laws and will not infringe upon your rights under local legislation.

I. Your Account

1. Eligibility: The Services are intended for users aged 18 years or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when requested and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Notify Fotogram immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.
3. Regional Variations: Your account credentials will work across all Fotogram websites. However, access to certain features, such as projects or order history, may vary between regions. Any regional use will be subject to Iraq’s laws and regulatory requirements.

II. Digital Image Storage

Fotogram provides free and limited photo storage to users who maintain Active Participation, defined as completing at least one purchase or order through the Services within a 21-day period. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the deletion of stored photos or other content, in accordance with our retention policies and Iraqi data protection laws.
